It's funny you say they are good dipped in chocolate. Last night, at Wedgewood, there was a group of people eating them dipped in chocolate. nasstyy!!
Payback is hell.
Dunno about chocolate... perhaps a nice cajun seasoning with a side of remoulade or something for dippin' purposes.
